i finally know what i want to be when i grow up! (it's about time.)

i can't remember if i've mentioned this before but i decided i don't want to me a German teacher. i love German, and i like teaching - but it takes a special person to be a secondary educator and i am not that kind of person. i lack the passion that it takes to be a teacher. anyway - i figured that out last fall when i observed middle and high school German classes. so that realization left me majorless ... again.

after some more soul searching and a little bit of freaking out - i stumbled upon communication disorders. i shadowed a few speech pathologists and fell in love. 

so i'm double majoring in German and Communication Disorders. i'm done with my German credits, now all i have to do is finish my comd classes and i'll be done Dec. 2012. 

      

      a lot of people go to college for seven years ...

      yeah, they're called doctors.
