Museum Insel. One of Berlin's biggest attractions. There are atleast 7 museums within a 1/2 mile radius of each other. The one behind us is the Art museum, we have yet to go inside.
... in front of the German History museum. It goes through the whole entire history of German in seven parts. As part of our homework we have to go to each part and write a paper about it. PEACE!!

EAST SIDE! or was it the west side? I'm not sure what side we're standing on in this picture, but this is a piece of the actual Berlin Wall, which only fell about 20 years ago. That isn't very much time. 1989 - I was three. I don't know why i'm looking at Kendra like that in this picture.
not sure who this dude is.but i thought the sculpture was pretty sweet, you'll find him right inside the BODE MUSEUM .. also at the Museum Insel. It had a bunch of awesome sculptures and reliefs ...
this is one of my favorites. I don't know why but I just like it. The one on the far left is John the Apostle. He holds Christ's head because he held the responsibility of spreading the Gospel and helping maintain Christ's church. Mary, Christ's mother, holds his body because she gave him life. And the one on the right is Mary Magdalene holding his feet because she once washed them with her tears. I usually don't like Art that focuses on Christ death, but I thought this was pretty cool.

what's wrong with this picture?
This is me ... sitting on the street. waiting. So on Wednesday night we decided to see Iron Man 2 at 23:00 hours. The movie was "Okay" not the best ... all I can say is it's a pretty good thing Robert Downy Jr. is as good looking as he is. I did fell asleep in the movie for about 15 minutes though. ANYWAY the movie gets out at about ... 1:00. by the time we get out of the theater and go our separate ways its 1:30. The thing about public transportation is that it's not like a car. You can't just get in a train and expect it to take you exactly where you want to go whenever you want to get there. You have to wait ... and at night time you have to wait even longer. So I got on a bus thinking it was going to take me all the way to my home, but it did not. The last stop was about six stops away from my house and I had no idea how to get home. So I wandered around the streets of Berlin alone for about an hour at about 2 AM until I found a street car that would take me home. By the time I found the right stop I still had to wait 30 minutes. I got home at 3:25 AM. I was so tired during the movie but I think all the adrenaline from wandering around in the cold has kept me up. It is now 4:59 ... why am i still awake?
a) THAT'S SO DANGEROUS! You could have died- don't tell your mom about wandering around Berlin at 3am.
